EBITDA as used herein is defined as net income (loss) attributable to Organogenesis Holdings Inc. before depreciation and amortization, net interest expense and income taxes and the Company defines Adjusted EBITDA as EBITDA, further adjusted for the impact of certain items that the Company does not consider indicative of its core operating performance.
