Use of Non-GAAP Financial Measures This Company has presented the following measures that are not measures of performance under accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (“GAAP”): EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA. EBITDA as used herein is defined as net income (loss) attributable to Organogenesis Holdings Inc. before depreciation and amortization, net interest expense and income taxes and the Company defines Adjusted EBITDA as EBITDA, further adjusted for the impact of certain items that the Company does not consider indicative of its core operating performance.
